TIPS
Add ½ cup of chopped walnuts, ½ cup of fresh or frozen blueberries, or ¼ cup of chocolate chips to the batter to mix it up!
STORAGE
Once baked, store in the fridge for up to 5 days.
  • 1 pack of our banana bread mix
  • 3 eggs (or a vegan alternative)
  • 3 medium ripe bananas
  • 1.5 tablespoons of melted and cooled coconut oil, or olive oil.
  • Preheat the oven to 170o C.
  • If using coconut oil melt and set aside to cool.
  • In a large bowl: whisk the eggs (or vegan alternative), then add the oil and mashed bananas and mix.
  • Add the banana bread mix and mix again.
  • Grease a cake tin or line it with parchment paper (we use a 9”x4” tin) and pour the batter in it.
  • Bake for 45 min (or until a toothpick comes out dry).
  • Remove from the tin and let it cool on a rack before cutting.
